1. How does the payment process work?

For Creative Direction, projects operate on a 50% deposit / 50% completion basis via standard invoice. For The Magnetica Method (Coaching), we operate via Application. To ensure a mutual fit, we start with a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call. If accepted, you receive a service agreement and a QR-Bill/Invoice. Your spot is secured once the transfer is received.

2. Can I expense the coaching to my company?

Absolutely. We provide fully compliant Swiss invoices suitable for corporate reimbursement or Learning & Development (L&D) budgets.

3. Do you work internationally?

Yes. Whether for design commissions or executive coaching, I work globally. Creative direction can be managed remotely, and The Magnetica Method is available via Zoom for international clients (or in-person for Zurich-based executives).

9. What is The Magnetica Method?

It is a 5-week executive presence program for women who are tired of being interrupted. It blends theater tools (Gibberish, Status Transactions, Laban Movement) with corporate strategy to rewire how you speak, stand, and lead.

10. I’m not an actor. Is this for me?

You don't need to be an actor; you need to be effective. We use acting tools—not to make you "fake it," but to unlock the biological signals of authority that anxiety shuts down. If you can breathe, you can do this.

11. What is the difference between Virtual and In-Person coaching?

• Virtual (Zoom): Efficient, focused, and recorded for your review. Perfect for international clients or busy schedules.

• In-Person (Zurich VIP): An immersive experience held at exclusive venues (like The Dolder). We work on spatial anchoring, physical entrances, and tactile stage work.

12. Do you offer corporate workshops?

Yes. I offer "Executive Presence for Female Leaders" — a 1-day intensive for companies (Banking, Pharma, Tech) looking to elevate their female talent pipeline.

I hold a Master’s degree in Spatial Design & Immersive Environments. My path has been shaped by 14 years of rigorous survival, 10 years of theater training, and a career in high-stakes creative leadership.

Movement. Light. Human presence. Myth. My body, my life, my marriage, my cities, my doggies. Every piece I create—and every client I coach—is touched by the fire I carry and the devotion I bring to my craft.
